finsbury square summer boules parties

Our Finsbury Square Summer Boules Parties are held in the gardens area where we re-create a French village square with a special temporary boules surface of grit, sand and gravel.

We serve authentic French cuisine, supplied by our French chef, with a choice of nibbles and snacks, a French finger buffet, or full French-themed barbeque.

Boules parties can be booked for any afternoon or evening. Evening boules parties will start at 5.30 pm and will finish at approximately 8 pm. Afternoon parties run from 2.30pm - 5pm.

A French country summer picnic buffet is normally served with the menu shown below with French wines and beers and soft drinks. We are also able to supply special requests such as a Pimms reception or champagne as required.

Boules are supplied and full guidance given on how to play this very sociable and relaxing game by the boulez-vous? team. We will play a mini tournament and prizes of bottles of French wine are awarded to the winning teams.

And in 2009, we are now introducing a French wine tasting option where we explore one of the following wine regions of France - Bordeaux ,Burgundy, Loire, Rhône, Beaujolais, Alsace, South of France, South-West France. Champagne
